Required:
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, technical communication or a related field
Three to five years writing and editing experience in a software development environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills with an expert knowledge of American English grammar and usage
Experience with emerging technologies, content management, source control, image editing, single sourcing (Flare), localization, and internationalization
Experience with or knowledge of user experience, UI design and usability testing
Experience with writing, editing, and production of documentation in PDF and web publishing
Understanding of HTML, XML and/or CSS
Excellent analytical skills
Great collaborative personality and work style
Close attention to detail
