The Technical Writer edits, formats, and publishes hardware documentation provided by the technical support groups for use by installers, internal associates, and customers. This documentation includes user manuals, installation guides, customer training material, build documentation, repair and testing procedures, product manuals, and various other types of technical procedures. The Hardware Technical Writer may also assist with testing hardware procedures to make sure that the documentation is thorough and user-friendly and may also assist in the creation of some technical documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English preferred, or equivalent experience as a technical writer or editor
Minimum 6 months editing experience
