Write documentation for system administrators, specifically providing documentation for a set of applications that:
Create, maintain, and control user accounts.
Control provisioned resources in a grid computing environment.
Control the operation and configuration of SaaS-based eCommerce solutions.
Write documentation for developers who implement eCommerce solutions for various channels and devices.
Solicit, evaluate, and incorporate review comments.
Produce high-quality deliverables using company standards and processes.
Bachelor’s (B.A.) degree in a communications or information technology related field.
5 + years experience writing documentation for enterprise-class software used in production environments.
Proven ability to write high-quality technical documentation for different audiences, especially system administrators and developers.
Experience with DITA-based XML authoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with technical teams.
Experience working with small teams using Agile-based methodologies.
Ability to learn highly technical products quickly using engineering documentation and pre-release software.
Experience with engineering tools, such as bug tracking (JIRA) and source code control systems (Subversion).
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Able to work with a minimum of supervision.
Experience with HTML and XML.
